Commissioner's
Page
Commissioners are district
and council leaders who help Scout units succeed. They coach
and consult with adult leaders of Cub Scout packs, Boy Scout
troops, and Venturing crews. Commissioners help maintain
the standards of the Boy Scouts of America. They also oversee
the unit charter renewal plan so that each unit reregisters
on time with an optimum number of youth and adult members.
The
Beacon
The Beacon is our Council news paper that provides news
and resources for our leaders. If you are a registered leader
within Three Rivers Council and have not been receiving
the Beacon in your mail box; please contact
us so the issue can be resolved. For all other inquires

Training
Cub Scout Leaders are considered
trained when they have completed Youth Protection, New Leader
Essentials, and Cub Scout Leader Specific training for their
position.
Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters
are considered trained when they have completed Youth Protection,
New Leader Essentials, Scoutmaster Specific Training, and
Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills.
Committee Members are considered trained when they
have completed Youth Protection, New Leader Essentials,
and Committee Specific Training.

to insurer that you have the latest version for every scouting

Tour permits before every trip!
