Congrats to all for the success for the 2012 Winter Camp. Watch the website for updates for the 2013 year. In the meanwhile, all the 2012 documents are below for your general information.

2013 Winter Camp

Checkin 1:40pm, Dec. 26th. Leave Dec. 31st between 8am & 1030am. At Camp Urland in Woodville,TX

A week of fun and merit badges at Camp Urland. We listened to the reviews and heard what you want. We will see a new programs, revamped merit badge list and more fun than can be expected. Space is limited, so signup today and be a part of the Winter Camp at Camp Urland - only the first 165 scouts will be accepted in camp. Remember Merit Badge classes fill up fast, so be sure to sign up once the schedule and choices have been posted!!

Registration fees:

o Youth Before December 6th, 2013: $175.00/per Scout

o Youth After December 6th, 2013: $200.00/per Scout

o Per Adult: $50.00

A $50.00 per Scout fee will reserve your Troop & Campsite, however, the $50.00 fee does not exempt your Troop from the Before December 6th and After December 6th. Additional information in the Leader's Guide.

Camp gear orders (t-shirts & mugs) due by December 6th .

Volunteer to Staff: We are entirely volunteer run and need both adults and youth volunteering to run camp.
