WHAT ARE QUARTERLY T.I.P.S? Quarterly Training Informational Planning Sessions will be offered four times a year. It is an important function of the district where NEW updates and changes will be reviewed, and the upcoming three months for the Boy Scout/Cub Scout program goes into action! It is a learning opportunity for you the volunteer/parent and a training opportunity for the BSA. The Quarterly T.I.P.S. are the most effective medium for getting the BSA program to YOU the volunteers/parents.

Part 2: A quality Roundtable will be informational—it will provide leaders the “skill-to-do”. The best method to teach a skill is to “learn-by-doing”. A Roundtable is entertainment and a learning experience.
