2018 Cub STEM Family Camp

April 20-22 @ Scott Scout Ranch, Woodville, TX

  • Participant cost includes all meals, patch and activities! (Participants are Scouts and siblings that are Scout age!)
  • Non-participant cost includes all meals Saturday and breakfast on Sunday!

This camp is geared toward STEM and for the Scouts to meet the qualifications for awards. Please see the requirements at http://www.Scouting.Org/stem/awards.aspx

Requirements 1 & 2 should be completed before camp in order to complete the qualifications!

Tigers who register can save toward their Wolf year!

What to bring:
*Personal tent
*Extra clothes, shoes, socks
*Toilet articles
*Sleeping bag
*Cot or air mattress (elec. Limited)
*Rain gear
*Money for trading post

What not to bring:
*Personal firearms
*Archery gear
*Fixed-blade knives
*Alcoholic beverages
*Open-toe shoes (flip flops/sandals)
*ATV, UTV, golf carts

*Medical Form A & B

*Youth Protection Training Required
Youth protection training required for everyone over 18 years of age. www.My.Scouting.org

*No Parking in Campsites
Participants will stop and unload their vehicle roadside at entrance to campsite, then park their vehicle in their assigned parking lot for the duration of the weekend. For safety: driving during programming is prohibited, absolutely no one in pickup beds.

*Volunteer Staff
We are in need of NOVA counselors for this event. Application is to be completed and turned into council office. Due to the wide range in arrival times, we do not offer a meal Friday night. We will serve 3 meals on Saturday and continental breakfast on Sunday.

Registration Information

Registration Fees: $40 per participant | $15 per non-participant

Late Registration Fees: $60 per participant | $25 per non-participant
